Since september 2017 Lauwersoog has an official Mountain Bike Route (MTB) straight through the recreational landscape. You’ll discover loads of cane- and grasslands, young deciduous forests, overgrown sand and clay paths and a huge surface of shallow waters. Big chance you’ll spot some wild animals along the way.
‘’A well maintained trail. Not a lot of height differences but that is well compensated by the stunning views and forests.’’
